Nature Park in Styria
The Nature Park Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen ist one of the first seven nature parks in Styria. Including of ten communities, the park is 285 km² big.
Many activities in the Nature Park
Read, be pampered, sitting in a deck chair in the sun, laze around ... this is all very nice, but the satisfaction and pleasant exhaustion after a long hike also belongs to a holiday feeling!
Whether a hike or a round on the Mariahof golf course, an extended bike ride, a swim in one of the natural ponds, fishing or a horseback ride we offer many sports activities. For rafting, paragliding or bungee jumping, we are not the right address. But archery, miniature golf, and climbing have been added this year!
The Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen Nature Park stands for sustainable tourism and contemplative relaxation! Hiking at the pace of the soul is a magnificent experience! Should you want to reach your destination faster, we can advise you on e-bike or E-Car rentals. For the sake of environmental protection and for your convenience, you can also take the Nature Park Shuttle every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The shuttle will bring you to the starting point of a guided hike up the beautiful Zirbitzkogel and Grebenze mountains.

Throughout the valley and around the Zirbitzkogel and Grebenzenalm there are many marked paths that will take you on scenic countryside hikes.
Golf course in Mariahof
Our golf course is located in the Grebenzen Nature Reserve. It is an exciting, intense 18-hole golf course which demands a lot of its players.
Cycling or Biking
The biking network is well marked and offers many opportunities. About 8 km from us you will find the Murbike-path, which runs through the Murtal all the way to Graz.
